Returns and Exchange Policy

At Eden Effect, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within fair and simple guidelines.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Items returned without original seals intact, or those that show signs of tampering, will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale items, promotional giveaways, or limited-edition products (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Upon verification, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at returns@eden-effect.co.za with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for return shipping (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges (except in the case of damaged or defective items) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Refunds are not issued unless an item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
